| Description: Location, Location, Location, being adjacent to Yaletown puts Downtown Vancouver at your doorstep. The Spectrum 4 complex is located across the street from Rogers Arena and is a 10-15 minute walk to Yaletown for shopping, fine dining and the wonderful seawall for afternoon and evening strolls. You are also on the doorstep to Chinatown where you can find great dim-sum, shopping, day and night street markets. Minutes away is also historic Gastown where you can find the famous steam clock, historic buildings, tourist shopping and watching. Wonder over to downtown and Robson Street for hotels, shopping, sightseeing, fine dining, the new convention center, international cruise terminal , marina and a 10 minute bus ride to the world famous Stanley Park. The Stadium station of Skytrain is right across the street from Spectrum 4 providing fast and inexpensive transportation to downtown, Vancouver, Burnaby, New Westminster, Surrey and Coquitlam via train and to North Vancouver across Burrard Inlet via Seabus. The Spectrum 4 complex was completed in January 2008 and has won several 2008 awards for multi-family developments. It one of the hottest new properties in downtown Vancouver at this time. The complex includes a pool, whirlpool, sauna, steam room, showers, lounge, exercise room, meeting room, screening room, great room and outdoor terrace. Security is paramount and is provided by secure digital key access to the building, the floor selection once in the elevator, and to the condominium unit itself. 24 hour concierge with security patrols of the complex site provide a real sense of security and control. The condominium comes with a dedicated parking stall in the underground parking garage area that has similar security controls in place. The elevators are only 10 meters from the dedicated parking stall for this unit. There are two bedrooms with queen sized beds and very large closets in each bedroom. One bedroom has a bathroom with tub and shower, the other bathroom is adjacent to the second bedroom and the living room, and it has a shower. The den is adjacent to the living room and kitchen and has a computer, printer, telephone and a high speed 8 Mbps internet connection. The kitchen has an oven, microwave, countertop stove, dishwasher and dual sinks with a garberator. The living room has seating for 4 on leather couch and ottoman, with additional seating at the dining table. There is a 46 inch Sony Bravia LCD HDTV, complete with Sony surround sound home theater and DVD player. A portable air-conditioning cools down on hot summer days. The view to the South and West from this 31st floor, 2 bedroom condominium, is spectacular. You can see Mount Hood in Washington State to the southeast, Vancouver and Richmond to the south, downtown and Stanley Park to the West and Burrard Inlet, the cruise boat terminal and the North Shore Mountains to the north west. Each of the two bedrooms, the den and the living room have floor to ceiling glass walls to observe and enjoy the view through the daylight, evening and night landscapes. |

The Brae Cottage - East Sooke Spectacular Ocean View Cottage |
| Description: The Brae is an ocean and mountain view cottage located in East Sooke British Columbia on a very private 3.5 acres, surrounded by rainforest with incredible natural beauty and wildlife. Brae is a Scottish word meaning the hill, and that is where The Brae is, up the hill with a spectacular view of the Juan de Fuca Strait and Olympic Mountains, where there is always something to be seen on the water from big freighters to lots of fishing boats to seals and whales. The Brae has a large master bedroom which features nine foot ceilings, a TV and French doors leading outside onto a covered deck. The private bathroom off the master bedroom has an extra large shower as well as a separate tub. The large open-plan living room seems very spacious with it's cathedral ceiling. In the living area, there a stereo with a good selection of music and a TV. Adjacent you will find the dining room, and the kitchen which also has French doors opening onto the deck where you will find a hot tub. The very large upstairs balcony loft bedroom overlooks the living area and has magnificent views out to the Olympic Mountains. The dining area, with it's beautiful china cabinet, has windows on two sides with the full view to enjoy. From this level entry area you go down three stairs to the den and second bathroom. The den features a hide a bed, treadmill that looks out on the view, an exercise bike, a computer, wireless internet, a large screen TV, and a DVD player. The bathroom on this level is smaller but does contain a shower. The Brae is a very pleasant forty minute drive to downtown Victoria, a lovely twenty-five minute drive will find you in the town of Sooke and all the major stores are just 25 minutes away in Langford. The cottage is also five minutes from the very large East Sooke Regional Park with over 50 km of hiking trails, as well as being minutes by car away from the beautiful beaches at Iron Mine Bay and Aylard Farm. Sooke is famous for its fishing charters and west coast feel. Take a moment to visit and enjoy the Sooke Pot Holes Park on the Sooke River which is a local favourite swimming spot. Many adventures await you if you wish to go out the West Coast Road which will take you to surfing beaches at Jordan River and Sombrio Beach, or spectacular rain forest trails and sandy beaches at French Beach or China Beach. Or you might like to go further to Port Renfrew and see the tallest tree in Canada at the beginning of the world famous West Coast Trail or comb the tidal pools at Botanical Beach at low tide. Come and relax at The Brae, you will never want to leave. |
