Turning off the main street onto the private drive at Oceanview Estate you immediately experience the beauty of the surroundings. The narrow lane takes you through a forested glen and opens out at the garage where there is ample parking for you and your guests. To your left is the apple orchard with more than a dozen producing trees. Walking past the front garden and sitting area in front of the flag pole, you enter the house from the front door. To your left is a small room with a single bed, to your right is a large bedroom with a queen sized 4 poster bed, the light from the garden illuminates the rich greens of the decor. Just down the hall is the main bathroom with a Japanese style, deep sitting Jacuzzi tub and an exquisite tiled shower stall.

Entering the living area of the house you get a sense of the name, Oceanview Estate. Out of the wall of windows is a spectacular view of the large gardens framed by a vineyard and with 10 foot hedges providing a green privacy shield. At the horizon, your eyes are greeted with a full ocean view with forested mountains in the back ground. You can sit on the deck and drink in the colours and enjoy the sunsets with total privacy.

The living room is a joy to sit in, complete with a fire place to warm the decor, or after a dip in the hot tub. Off of the living area is the master bedroom. Relax in the king size bed and watch the ocean through the large picture windows. Enjoy the large walk in closet and the spectacular ensuite bathroom with shower and a bidet. The second bedroom is spacious and quiet on the front of the house. The third bedroom on the main is a smaller room off of the kitchen and is suitable for a child or single adult.

The dining area is found off of the well designed kitchen and both have views out of the doors to the patio area. You can also spend time in the hot tub on the lower level. Here you will find an outdoor sitting area, a bar and the unique hot tub with LED lighting and full stereo MP3 player. Experience large screen entertainment on the new home theatre system and an indoor bar to use at your pleasure.
