Del Rio is a beautiful, luxurious home, spectacularly set on a tranquil, quiet, landscaped lot in North Vancouver. This home was built with functionality in mind and has all the conveniences you require with just the right amount of luxurious amenities and high end furnishings.

Upon entering the accommodations, you will be immediately taken by the massive entry with its striking slate floors. An inviting warm glow is passed throughout the rooms through the large floor to ceiling windows bathing you in natural light. Passing through to the kitchen which was specifically built for entertaining larger groups, you will find a well designed open plan featuring stainless steel appliances and a convection oven. Enjoy the sounds of your favourite musical artists being played while you work or from any room in the house through the built in audio system. Spend some time in the media room, which comes equipped with a 50 inch television and video game terminals.

Travel upstairs to find the master suite. Centered in the room is a king size bed with high quality linens. Adjacent to the master bedroom is a sparkling ensuite that features a slate and glass shower. There is plasma TV in the master suite as well as a fireplace to make those quite evenings a little more cozy. To keep up with work while away from home, there are three home offices with printers, scanners and LCD screens. After your busy day, relax in the luxuriously landscape backyard by the outdoor fireplace and grill some west coast salmon on the gourmet stainless steel bar-b-que.

Del Rio is conveniently located within walking distance to Edgemont Village with quaint shops, cafes and services and is a short drive to downtown Vancouver. The home is also ideal for those with active lifestyles. Make use of the extensive system of walking trails, just half a block from your front door. World class mountain bike trails, and three ski hills are within 20 minutes and more can be found at Whistler BC, less than 2 hours away. If you prefer to stay close to home for your exercise, there are tennis and basketball courts right on the property.
