The Colebrook Estate is 10,000 square feet of luxury on one acre. Larger groups will appreciate the 7 generously sized bedrooms, each having their own ensuite. Create your favourite culinary delight in the large kitchen complete with beautiful solid wood cabinetry and ample granite counter tops. For your convenience, a chef's pantry with a stove provides additional cooking and counter space for food preparation. For the active person who likes to keep fit, there is a fitness room complete with a treadmill and weight machine and a tennis court. After a busy day, retreat to the hot tub room and soak your cares away or sit back and enjoy your favourite movie on the big screen in the home theatre room. In addition, there is an entertainment area that can accommodate a large group of guests. This area provides a dance floor, a ping pong table, a gas fireplace and a wet bar to help you enjoy your favourite beverages.

Colebrook Estate is a short distance to the Canada/U.S Border Crossing and has easy access via Highway 99 to Vancouver International Airport, the B.C. Ferries Tsawwassen Terminal and downtown Vancouver.
