The Casa de Playa is surrounded by natural beauty only 30 minutes from downtown Victoria on Vancouver Island's southern west coast.

Casa de Playa is located 40 feet from a gorgeous Pacific Ocean sandy beach, making it one of the most desirable oceanfront locations on Vancouver Island. Casa de Playa has been specifically designed to accommodate private gatherings including reunions, workshops, and retreats.

Relax and unwind with the scenic view of the Olympic Mountains and the Victoria Harbour from the ocean-side hot tub, as eagles and blue herons perch majestically in surrounding cedar trees. A large private oceanfront deck is perfect for soaking up sun and taking in the endless ocean views and marine life. This spacious property welcomes you to a combination of natural log construction combined with traditional west coast decor.

In the summer we can help you with activity planning including golfing, fishing, whale watching, biking the Galloping Goose Trail, kayaking, wine touring, and art tours such as the Stinking Fish Tour.

In the winter months, west coast storm watching is spectacular from the house. As conditions for scuba diving and surfing improve during the winter months, we can help arrange group packages with guides.

Please note that there is a private caretaker's residence on the property.
