Ocean Haven is uniquely located on beach front property that has commanding views of the Georgia Strait and the snow capped peaks of the Coastal Mountain Range. From here you can stroll endless coast lines, observe ocean wildlife, relax on the patio soaking up the sun, or watch spectacular storms in the winter time.

The Ocean Haven is a lovely, well appointed three bedroom home with 180 degree views of the ocean. Wide open unobstructed views are available from most rooms throughout the house. The master bedroom on the main floor boasts large windows to view the ocean from the comfort of the queen sized bed and a beautiful ensuite bathroom featuring a Jacuzzi tub. Two bedrooms are available on the second floor as additional guest rooms. The open kitchen has all major appliances and a breakfast table with views to the open sea. A family room with a large television that faces the water can be used to enjoy your favourite programming, watching DVD movies, or to relax and enjoy nature through the floor to ceiling windows. A formal dining area with ocean views graces the home for family dinners and a comfortable living room to present visiting friends for an evening social. The second floor library room is highlighted with a telescope for sea views and a comfortable seating area to enjoy a good tome. Ocean Haven features cherry wood flooring, spiral staircase, and an office area with high-speed internet access. Indoor parking in the garage is available for guest use.

The Ocean Haven is ideal for wintering snowbirds looking to escape the winter cold. The Comox Valley has a temperate climate which is ideal for golfing, hiking and biking year round. The Crown Isle Golf Course is minutes away by car. In addition, Mt. Washington, Vancouver Island's best alpine skiing resort, is only 30 minutes away and includes some of the best Nordic skiing trails in British Columbia. Go fishing in Campbell River or shopping in Nanaimo all within an hour drive of Ocean Haven. You can be in the Ocean Haven house within an hour from Vancouver, Edmonton, and Calgary with direct flight service into the Comox Valley Airport.
