This beautiful 1899 Victorian named 'Rand House' is located in the centre of Vancouver's downtown West End neighbourhood. It has been completely restored and rebuilt in 2007 earning it a heritage award. The Residence is unlike any home you can rent anywhere. Attention has been paid to every detail of gracious living while providing every modern convenience and comfort. The Residence at Rand House boasts original hardwood fir floors, heritage trim, antique doors, traditional hardware and heritage features throughout. The living room features beautiful leather furniture and bay windows. | First payment is a deposit of 50% of the rent plus applicable taxes due at time of booking. The balance is due 45 days prior to occupancy. Damage deposits are pre-authorized and are charged only if deemed necessary. |
